Just as we "feel better" when we are healed physically, we also "feel better" when we are healed spirtually! What a peace floods our soul when we are not "sin sick". Psalms 71:8 Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day. Psalms 71:15 My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof. Filling my mouth with praise and honor to God will keep it from being filled with ungodliness and speech that is not pleasing to Him. There can never be enough praise and honor given to God.

One of our grandsons was riding his rocking horse and said "I am riding my horse to Brazil so I can find Grandpa." How sweet! His grandpa was in Brazil at the time with our son helping to get my son's house in order. My son and his wife with three children left for Brazil in March, 2010. What is true prosperity?  God says Joseph was prosperous even in bondage, even in prison, in all of his difficult circumstances - not just when things were going well.  It is obvious that his life followed Psalm 1: He was blessed for not walking in the counsel of the ungodly... HIs delight was in God's law - he meditated in it day and night. (although the actual law had not been given, he still had been taught obedience to God's commands. He was like a tree planted by the rivers of water - his fruit came forth in the right seasons of his life. (there was fruit through every stage that God brought him through from prison to second in rule)  He did not wither.  EVERYTHING he did prospered.
